NoDig ProLight2
Double Press machine for two-component epoxy pipe rehabilitation
ProLight2 is the "Double Press" version of the ProLight system: two cartridges simultaneously for steadier flow and faster application, working with pipes up to 150 mm diameter — no digging required.
- ✓ Double Press – two cartridges simultaneously
- ✓ Up to 150 mm pipe diameter
- ✓ Fully pneumatic, no electricity needed
- ✓ Compatible with 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1 cartridges
The Nodig ProLight2 is the advanced version of the ProLight — a dual-press spray and brush coating system for trenchless rehabilitation of pipes Ø40–150 mm. The double-press mechanism enables thicker coatings in a single pass and extends the maximum pipe diameter to DN150.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between ProLight and ProLight2?
The ProLight2 uses a double-press system that applies a thicker epoxy layer in one pass and handles a wider range of pipe diameters — up to Ø150 mm vs Ø125 mm for the ProLight.
What pipe diameters can the ProLight2 coat?
The ProLight2 handles pipes from Ø40 to Ø150 mm (DN40–DN150). The ProLight covers Ø40–125 mm.
Can the ProLight2 apply both spray lining and brush coating?
Yes. Like the ProLight, the ProLight2 supports both spray lining and brush coating applications depending on the head used.
Is the ProLight2 compatible with BSE Epoxy?
Yes. The ProLight2 is fully compatible with Nodig BSE Epoxy (2K), ensuring correct mixing ratio and consistent application quality.
When should I choose ProLight2 over ProLight?
Choose ProLight2 when you need to rehabilitate larger pipes (DN126–DN150), require a thicker coating in fewer passes, or want the added flexibility of the double-press system.
