Nodig BSE
Brush & Spray Epoxy – two-component coating for pipe rehabilitation
A serious material for serious professional results. Fast application, powerful adhesion, clean finish – every time.
- ✔ 100% two-component epoxy (A+B)
- ✔ Brush coating or spray coating
- ✔ Outstanding adhesion to pipe walls
- ✔ High elasticity and hardness
- ✔ Two colours – visual layer control
- ✔ Made in Croatia – EU quality
Nodig BSE Epoxy is a two-component (2K) epoxy coating specifically formulated for trenchless pipe rehabilitation. It provides outstanding adhesion to common pipe materials (steel, cast iron, concrete, PVC), high elasticity and chemical resistance. Available in grey and white — two-colour layering allows visual confirmation of coating coverage.
What Makes BSE Special?
Three properties that set BSE at the top of the pipe rehabilitation epoxy market
Outstanding Adhesion
BSE bonds exceptionally well to the inner walls of PVC, concrete, steel, cast iron and other pipe materials. The coating does not peel, blister or crack – even under thermal and mechanical stress.
Elasticity and Hardness Together
Most epoxy coatings sacrifice one for the other. BSE's formulation achieves high elasticity alongside high hardness – resistance to expansion and contraction with temperature changes without cracking.
Two Colours – Visual Quality Control
Each BSE layer has its own colour. The crew inside the pipe instantly sees where the coating has been applied and where it has not – no guesswork, no under- or over-application. Systematic quality control without additional equipment.
Two Methods, One Coating
BSE adapts to every situation – brush or spray, your choice
Brush Coating
Mechanical application with a rotating brush for precise coverage in smaller diameters or hard-to-reach areas. Optimal for DN40–DN150. Compatible with ProLight and ProLight2.
- Precise application in confined spaces
- Lower material consumption
- Ideal for spot repairs
Spray Coating
Uniform centrifugal spray application for fast, large-scale projects. Optimal for DN50–DN300. Compatible with The Pipe Boy.
- Fast application on long sections
- Uniform layer thickness
- Suitable for large diameters

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Nodig BSE?
Nodig BSE (Brush & Spray Epoxy) is a professional two-component epoxy coating for trenchless pipe rehabilitation. It features outstanding adhesion to pipe walls, high elasticity and hardness, and can be applied by brush or spray.
Why does BSE come in two colours?
Two colours are a practical solution for in-pipe work. Each layer has a different colour, allowing the crew to instantly see what has been applied and where a top-up is needed – no guesswork, no over- or under-application.
Which application method is better – brush or spray?
BSE can be applied by both brush coating and spray coating, depending on the pipe diameter, access conditions and desired result. Both methods deliver a high-quality coating with excellent adhesion.
How does BSE combine elasticity with hardness?
BSE's formulation achieves high elasticity alongside high hardness – a combination that is difficult to attain in standard epoxy coatings. This makes BSE resistant to thermal and mechanical stresses in piping systems.
Is BSE compatible with ProLight and ProLight2?
Yes. BSE combines optimally with Nodig ProLight and ProLight2 application systems – the same ecosystem, the same professional standard.
Is BSE compatible with The Pipe Boy?
Yes. BSE is optimised for use with The Pipe Boy high-flow pipe coating machine, together forming a complete Nodig system for rehabilitating large-diameter pipes.
Which pipe materials is BSE suitable for?
BSE is suitable for PVC, concrete, steel, cast iron and other pipe materials. Ideal for municipal, industrial and residential applications.
